Who is eligible to attend the event?

Entry is reserved exclusively for travel agents, tour operators, and qualified buyers. Visitors outside these categories may be not be allowed entry.

Is a badge mandatory for entry?

Yes. Entry is permitted only with a valid badge that has been received via email or WhatsApp.

Will screenshots, payment confirmations, or emails be accepted as entry proof?

No. Screenshots, GPay receipts, Razorpay payment emails, or any other payment confirmation will not be accepted in place of an official badge.

What happens if my entry is declined at the venue?

If entry is declined due to eligibility criteria, a full refund will be processed.

How long does the refund process take?

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Can I transfer my badge to someone else?

No. Badges are non-transferable and are valid only for the registered individual.

What should I do if I have not received my badge?

Please check your email and WhatsApp (including spam folders). If still not received, contact the Help Desk before arriving at the venue.

Does registration guarantee entry?

No. Registration is subject to verification and approval. Final entry approval is granted at the venue based on eligibility criteria.

What are the event timings?

The event is open from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Is on-site registration available at the venue?

Yes. On-site registration is available at an entry fee of ₹1,499.

What should I do if I lose or forget my badge?

Please visit the Help Desk at the venue for assistance.

Is the event open to students or general visitors?

No. Entry is restricted to travel agents, tour operators, and qualified buyers only.

Are children allowed inside the exhibition halls?

No. Children are not permitted inside the exhibition halls.

Are food and beverages available at the venue?

Yes. Food and beverage options are available at the venue. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
